New album from DOOM and Jneiro Jarel is streaming in full over at The Guardian. Always worth checking DOOM's stuff, one of the most interesting voices in Hip-Hop. Pretty great interview over there too talking about his move to Blighty. Lucky us.
Design of all kinds. Heavy on the letters.

Jehst
I don't post much about music because it's so subjective. But I could listen to Jeh5t rap on 'Citizen Smif' on loop for the rest of my life. One of the UK's best.
One of the UK's greatest. No agument.

Los Campesinos! @ Electric Ballroom
Off to see one of my favourite bands tonight at the Electric Ballroom in Camden. I don't post much about music but i'll make an exception for Los Campesinos! (the exclamation mark is part of the name, not just general excitement). If, by some weird coincedence, anyone who's going to the gig is reading this then leave a comment. Otherwise just give these a listen. I picked one from each of their four albums to give an idea of how they've changed over the years. Fair to say they were pretty young and twee at the start, still great mind you. Newer stuff is more 'serious' in some ways but still has their great hooks and huge builds that take off. you might recognise the first one as that tune off the Budweiser advert from a while back.

It's friday so y'all know what that means, it's time to drink beer and listen to hip-hop. I can't hook you up with free beer but you can get the free Action Bronson & Party Supplies mixtape over at DatPiff.com. Featuring the NY Fatty himself and Roc Marciano, go get it.

Free Music Friday
Bag yourself a free 60-minute mix by my man MF DOOM over at the Boiler Room website. Some nice low-down beats on there, good for them late nights. Gotta go through iTunes which is long though, but it's worth subscribing to their podcasts anyway.
