As the longer-term followers of the blog will know, I like to try and support local artists and designers as much as possible. So I really don't have any excuses for not mentioning Hoax Studios yet. The brainchild of my of a couple of my buddies, specialising in animation, illustration, design and film-making. These guys have been knocking out excellent design work for a while now and with the re-launch of their website thisishoax.com now seems like a good time to give them a mention. If you're a budding artist or designer yourself they're also now offering free Photoshop tutorials online so get over there and check 'em out.
